Submit Payments On-Line

Advantage Pointe Properties has partnered with Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN) to provide its clients and customers with the convenience of submitting payments and funds electronically via ACH (checking or savings), Visa^®, Master Card^® and Discover Card^® through PSN's secure network.

There are no convenience fees for ACH submissions. However, if you are submitting funds using your debit or credit card for any payment other than application fees, there is a $45 convenience fee. Also, with the exception of the submission of application fees, you will need to call PSN (24/7/365) directly at 1-877-390-7368 and provide them with your billing information and the address (same as PSN's Invoice/Customer Number) of the property for which you are submitting funds.

If you are an applicant who has been approved for tenancy, please submit all payments as a tenant.
