Tenants may submit rent payments, payments for incidental charges, past due amounts and deposits using ACH (checking or savings) or with a Visa^®, Master Card^® and Discover Card^® debit or credit card through the Payment Service Network, Inc. (PSN) secure network.

There are no convenience fees for ACH submissions. However, if submitting funds using a debit or credit card, there is a $45 convenience fee. Also, when using a debit or credit card, it will be necessary to call PSN (24/7/365) directly at 1-877-390-7368 and provide them with billing information and the address (same as PSN's 'Invoice/Customer Number') of the property for which funds are being submitted.
