Pet Application Form

The Pet Application form should be used by tenants who did not have a pet at the time they moved into the rental property or are requesting permission for an additional pet.

Property Condition Report

Property condition reports must be submitted to Advantage Pointe Properties within 5 calendar days of the move-in date. They may be submitted in person, by fax, by regular mail (must be postmarked on or before the deadline), or scanned and e-mailed.
